Recognizing this momentum, the GM proposed shifting me into a full-time content creation role. The Morgan Auto Group marketing team was enthusiastic about the idea, and on May 6, 2025, I officially stepped away from sales to focus entirely on social media and digital storytelling.

Then came the unexpected turn: just days later, the dealership was sold to Gunther, and both my sales role and the emerging marketing opportunity were put on hold.

Still, I wouldn’t change a thing. This experience demonstrated that short-form content, delivered with authenticity and strategy, can effectively transform cold leads into genuine engagement. I’m proud to have demonstrated what creative connection looks like in the automotive space—and even prouder to say I did it with heart, horsepower, and a whole lot of Volkswagen spirit.

At Volkswagen of Pompano Beach, our General Manager encouraged me to experiment with 30-second social videos to boost lead engagement. Once the videos were launched, the results were immediate: prospects who had gone quiet began responding, DriveCentric metrics improved, and our sales conversations gained traction. The common thread? When I was on camera, people paid attention to me.
