It all begins with a conversation.
We meet one-on-one (over coffee 30% or FaceTime 17%) to clarify your vision, set realistic goals, and explore the creative direction that best fits your business. Through a guided questionnaire, I’ll help you uncover your challenges and opportunities. This is the foundation for everything that comes next. From here, we will determine the next steps. -
1. Growth Blueprint
Next, we dig deeper with a brand and media audit. Think of this as your brand’s check-up. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, pinpoint the gaps, and determine what’s needed for growth. You’ll walk away with a clear strategy and an actionable plan that points your business in the right direction.

2. Brand Design or Redesign
Once the strategy is clear, we bring your brand to life (or refresh what you already have).
This can include a new or redesigned logo and all its variations, a comprehensive style guide, and the creation of a consistent visual voice across all platforms. The result: a brand people recognize, remember, and trust. -
3. Website Design & Training
Your website is your digital storefront — but I don’t just build it for you, I build it with you. We design a site that reflects your brand, and at the same time, I teach you how to manage it. You’ll learn to update text and images, add metadata, connect to Google, upload favicons, and yes — even “change a comma.” By the end, you’ll have a website you control with confidence.

Finally, we put your brand to work in the digital space. I create a custom social media strategy and content that flows and sells.
